** UPDATE ON PWSA WATER AGREEMENT ** SINCE THE TOWNSHIP IS STILL WAITING ON APPROVAL FROM THE PUC REGARDING THE O & M AGREEMENT WITH PWSA , THE TOWNSHIP WILL CONTINUE TO GENERATE THE QUARTERLY WATER BILLS FOR NOW . THE BOARD PASSED RESOLUTION # 771 TO INCREASE THE RATES , EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1 , 2024 , ON AVERAGE 8 % TO PASS THROUGH THE INCREASE OF COSTS CHARGED TO THE TOWNSHIP BY ALCOSAN AND PWSA .

MEET TRISHA HOSAC , 34 , FROM RESERVE TOWNSHIP
Fun Fact : My spouse , Andy Hosac and I got married in our living room on 12.11.21 .
I work for WQED and WQED Film Academy as a Digital Producer and Teaching Artist . Film Academy is a program for 9th-12th graders , where we teach and help produce content / films .
The ideas come from the students themselves . Another part of the Film Academy includes going to different schools around the city and working with students of all ages .
As a digital producer , I work with the WQED team to produce our content . I ’ ve worked on our series “ Sessions ”, featuring local musicians , and their series “ Voices ”, which featured Graffiti Art .
Some of my hobbies are being creative with my friends and family , designing our home , doing projects around the house , and creating content for my own brand “ Spacebat Productions ” and “ 412nes ”. I also help manage my best friend ’ s band , Dematus .
My family and dog still live in Corry , PA and I visit them 1 or 2 weekends every month . Family and friends are the most important things to me .
