VOLUNTEERS NEEDED CLEAN-UP DAY IN RESERVE TOWNSHIP !
Reserve Township will be sponsoring cleanup day on May 4th . Individuals , scouting groups and environmental groups are invited and encouraged to participate in this effort . Join your neighbors in helping to make a difference in keeping our community beautiful . * Gloves , trash bags and safety equipment provided . * Township will provide refreshments following cleanup . * Clean-up begins at 9:00 AM in the Township Office parking lot .

Here are the things that you will need to have completed before selling your home :
• Occupancy Certificate , call the Township Office and schedule an appointment with our Code Enforcement Officer
• Dye test , completed by a certified plumber
• Municipal Lien Letter
• Final Read will be completed 2 days before closing .
A Property Registration form will need to be completed for all new Tenants .
The Occupancy Inspection form , Dye Test form , and Property Registration form can all be found on our website , Reservetwp . com , under the General Documents Tab .
