FLOW YOGA

This dynamic class will have an emphasis on breath/body
movement as you flow through poses while building strength
and balance both physically and mentally. This is a perfect way
to end your day.

GENTLE YOGA
Instructor: Di Macioce, ERYT
Students will be guided through stretch, flow movements
and breath awareness at a slower pace to gain strength
and calmness in everyday life. It is open to all levels of yoga
including beginners!

ZUMBA: LOVE 2 DANCE
Instructor: Monica Milsop
The dance party is about to resume. If you love to dance
this is the place to be: with a mix of mainstream music and
traditional Zumba music. No judgments- come as you are for a
fun, no pressure environment.
Wear comfortable clothes to move freely in, tennis shoes and
water bottle. Be prepared to sweat!
Classes will take place starting Jan 8th at Evergreen
Community Park building, 3430 Evergreen Rd., Pgh PA 15237.
Class will be from 6:15-7:15p.m.

STEP, SCULPT & CORE
Time Flies in this Energizing, Low-Impact Class with
Diane Heinauer, ACE-Certified.
A FUN class that offers upbeat music, results, inspiration, and
promotes a healthy lifestyle. We move from step aerobics to
sculpt, to core work, emphasizing fat and calorie burning.
Make the choice to get in the best shape of your life!

“FITNESS WITHOUT FEAR”
Yur Back – Fitness Without Fear
A safe and effective workout developed by a physical therapist
for persons recovering from low back pain. It features
therapeutic floor exercises to strengthen the core, arms and
legs to build stability, body awareness and good posture. It
is safe for those with osteoporosis and anyone beginning to
exercise. Participants need to be cleared to exercise by their
MD or PT. Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothes.

U CAN BE FIT – WALK 15
Instructor: Amy Broniszewski
Walk 15 is a Leslie Sansone group exercise class for every one
of all ages and all fitness levels. It is a fitness program that
virtually anyone can do… it’s for ALL WALKS OF LIFE!
Taking the best features of low impact, aerobic style group
exercise and getting big results by walking this way. We’re
bringing the fun to walking with moves set to the beat of hit
music! We measure our miles by the music… it’s our “steps to
miles” system. We give you the speed you need! Our easy-to-
learn format allows people of all fitness levels to feel successful
the first time they try it!
