A FUN class that offers upbeat music, results, inspiration, and promotes a healthy lifestyle. We move from step aerobics to sculpt, to core work, emphasizing fat and calorie burning. Ross Residents: $64 Non-Residents: $72 Dates: 8-week session, starting February 6th, Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Please register by January 30th to ensure the instructor can create the best workout possible for the group! “FITNESS WITHOUT FEAR” Yur Back – Fitness Without Fear A safe and effective workout developed by a physical therapist for persons recovering from low back pain. It features therapeutic floor exercises to strengthen the core, arms and legs to build stability, body awareness and good posture. It is safe for those with osteoporosis and anyone beginning to exercise. Participants need to be cleared to exercise by their MD or PT. Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothes.
