COMMUNITY Education and Hobbies At the ROSS COMMUNITY CENTER Microsoft Office Education Classes These classes are designed for people who want to enhance their grasp on Microsoft Word and Excel to improve their ability to communicate and organize ideas. Learn to create, edit, and perfect your own Microsoft Office publications and impress your family and friends as well as increase your productive capabilities! Microsoft Excel Classes: Learn to understand the fundamentals of excel and master basic functions. This course will also cover more complicated logical functions and practical uses for Excel like budgeting and advanced financial calculations. Date: 10 Weeks, beginning June 4 – August 6 6 p.m.- 7 p.m. Cost: Ross Resident: $80 Non-resident: $90 Min/Max: 5/10 ANNOUNCING ROSS TOWNSHIP’S18TH ANNUAL FISHING TOURNAMENT In what has become a long-standing tradition, this program provides the opportunity for youth, teens, adults, seniors, and special needs individuals an excellent day of fishing, food, prizes, and community fun. R O SS TOWN SH IP NE WS oss Township The Annual Fishing Tournament was started at the Evergreen Community Park by the now-retired Sergeant Frank Zotter, Commissioner Lana Mazur and the Ross Township Police Department. The event is designed to encourage our children to engage in wholesome pastime activities, foster family time, and provide the public with interaction with our local government departments. Beginner’s Word classes: This class is oriented to individuals who want to gain a grasp on the basics of word processing. We’ll cover basic typing, formatting, graphics, and revisions, to create a variety of practical documents.
