Pine-Richland Hosts Homecoming Festivities
Pine-Richland School District hosted homecoming weekend of September 20-21. The
community was invited as “Pine-Richland Dances through the Decades: Homecoming
2019.” A procession made up of the marching band, auxiliaries, and AF-JROTC made
its way across campus. Senior Olivia McGeary was crowned Homecoming Queen with
senior Enyo Akwayena named first runner-up and Meghan Luellen as second runner up.

will be presenting The Lion, The Witch, & The
Wardrobe on November 13-15, at 7 p.m.

approach love. It is a production that

22 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 23 at
1 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium, which is located at 700 Warrendale Rd.

Leadership Award

for Supervision and Curriculum
Development will recognize Pine-
Richland Assistant Superintendent
for Secondary Education &
Curriculum Michael Pasquinelli,
Ed.D., with the ASCD Outstanding
Curriculum Leadership Award.
He will be recognized for his
contributions to the field of
education on November 25. Dr.
Pasquinelli has helped lead the in-
depth program reviews as part of
the strategic planning process at
Pine-Richland School District. Dr.
Pasquinelli joined PR in 2013. Prior
to 2013, he served as principal at
Marshall Elementary School in the
North Allegheny School District.
Dr. Pasquinelli earned his B.S. in
Mathematics Education from the
University of Pittsburgh and M. Ed.
in Educational Leadership from Nova
Southeastern University. He earned
a doctorate in the school leadership
doctoral program at the University
of Pittsburgh.
