NO KNOCK LIST

The Police Department provides residents with the ability to stop door to door sales at your house.
Peters Township provides residents the option to sign up for the“ No Knock List”. As a resident, you can choose not to have vendors visit your home in the course of their door-to-door sales. This list is valid for five years, at which time you will be required to re-apply if you wish to continue enrollment.
Complete the short sign-up form at peterstownship. com / noknocklist. Although the Police Department collects additional information on the sign-up form, only your address and date of sign up will be visible on the list. Your name will not be included on any public list. This list will be updated on a regular basis and made available to the approved vendors.
Not sure if you have already signed up? Residents are able to view the current no-knock list at peterstownship. com / noknocklist to avoid signing up their address for a second time. As previously indicated, residents only have to sign up once every five years.
While on this section of the website, you may also view the Solicitors List, which includes current solicitors with the dates their permit is active for, along with recently expired permits.
If a vendor has knocked on your door, even though your property is on the no knock list, call 911 immediately to ensure an officer can respond promptly to the area and investigate the issue while the vendor is still in Peters Township.
