We will provide all materials you need to paint , decoupage , and decorate your ‘ HOME ’ sign - just bring your creativity ! Learn about this invasive species , its harm to our environment and economy , and what you can do to help slow the spread . Rose Trunzo and Teresa Matuska of the Washington County Master Gardeners will present this program . Registration is required for each adult participating .
MADDALENA TRAY REPLENISHMENT BLOOD DRIVE Wednesday , Nov . 23 , 9 a . m . to 2:30 p . m . Multi-Purpose Room , 1st floor Maddalena Tray ’ s entrance into the world in February 2017 came with several unforeseen complications . In addition to metabolic acidosis , a condition wherein the amount of acid in the blood is out of balance , Maddalena
28 PETERS TOWNSHIP had possible brain damage and acute liver and kidney failure . Maddalena received an extraordinary amount of blood the night she was born and more than 40 blood products during her 40- day stay in the neonatal intensive care unit .
Today , Maddalena is doing well . She continues to see the nephrologist for her chronic kidney disease and may need a kidney transplant in the future . Her family is hosting their 6th annual replenishment drive and plans to do so yearly . To make an appointment : Visit vitalant . org and click the “ Log In ” button . PUZZLE SWAP Wednesday , Nov . 30 through Saturday , Dec . 3 Main Lobby We are planning another Puzzle Swap - just in time for the holidays ! Bring adult puzzles ( limit 5 ) to the library in their original box , in good condition , with all of their pieces to the lobby Wednesday through Friday . You will receive a Puzzle Swap Ticket for your puzzles that you can redeem for new-to-you puzzles on Saturday , December 3 . Please wrap a rubber band around each puzzle box to secure the contents .
