SOUTH HILLS CHORALE HOLIDAY CONCERT
Celebrate the holiday season with the South Hills Chorale as they bring the spirit of the season to life with live choral music , accompanied by a five-piece orchestra . Join them for two performances at Christ United Methodist Church , located at 44 Highland Road in Bethel Park . Concerts will be held on Friday , Dec . 13 at 7 p . m . and Saturday , Dec . 14 at 1 p . m .

On Sept . 25 Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania celebrated the grand opening of its first-ever Goodwill Opportunity Center in Pittsburgh ’ s South Side . The event — held at 2700 East Carson Street — began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and remarks from special guests . Attendees enjoyed light refreshments and learned about the new center ’ s offerings , including GED classes , a Digital Skills / Tech Academy , job readiness programs and services for individuals with disabilities .
