Meredith Hartladge is a Nutrition Consultant currently completing her Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition . She will be sharing recipes and samples of quick , easy snacks for glutenfree children and tips for entertaining gluten-free guests over the holidays .

Join author Emily Rodavich as she discusses her book , Mystical Interludes , a memoir of extraordinary experiences she has encountered throughout her life . Emily considers herself an ordinary person whose unexpected and astonishing experiences caused her to feel “ different ” from her family and friends . Unable to share her mystical encounters for fear people would think her “ strange ,” she kept them to herself . Now , years later , she realizes how these experiences have impacted her life , and chronicles ten of her stunning interludes in this book .
