Garbage Collection Discounts
Peters Township senior citizens , age 65 and over , are eligible for a 10 % discount on garbage service . Residents can receive a discount by simply providing a photo ID that includes your date of birth and current address . You can stop by the Municipal Building to register , fax your photo ID to 724.942.5022 , or e-mail it to Tom Gromek , Project Coordinator at TGromek @ peterstownship . com with a subject title of Senior Garbage Discount .
In addition , there is an additional income-based discount for residents who meet both of the criteria listed below .
• Senior Citizens ( 65 and over ) OR
• Widows or Widowers aged 50 or over OR
• Disabled AND
• Have an Annual Income Below $ 35,000

In addition to filing your Federal and Pennsylvania State tax returns , April 18 is also the deadline for filing your 2016 Peters Township Earned Income Tax Return . All taxpayers are required to file a final return . Business owners are required to pay quarterly estimates , as well as file a final return .
By now all Peters Township Earned Income Tax taxpayers should have received a final return form Keystone Collections Group . If you have not , please contact Keystone at 724.978.0300 or download the form at keystonecollects . com . The Earned Income Tax final return is located in the Taxpayer Resources section of the website under forms .
