e take this opportunity to congratulate all winter sports teams
for their successful seasons. We are also pleased to share selected
action photos for these varsity sports teams that made it to the post-
season. All photos were taken by Norwin High School Yearbook Staff.
The following teams qualified for the post-season:

Bowling: Both boys and girls teams qualified for post season. Many
will also compete for individual championships as well.
Ice Hockey: The team is competing for a PIHL playoff spot.
Girls Basketball: The team qualified for the WPIAL Playoffs.
Swimming: Many Norwin swimmers qualified for individual
championships. Ethan Tulenko and others have broken many
school records.
Wrestling: The team qualified for WPIAL team playoffs.
Many Norwin wrestlers also qualified for individual championships.
The team set a record for wins in a season with 18 wins.
Competitive Cheer: The team qualified for the WPIAL and
the PIAA competitions.
Students also represented
Norwin School District at the
WPIAL Rifle and Gymnastic
Championships. Norwin School
District does not sponsor teams,
but individuals can participate
and enter competitions.
Additionally, the Indoor Track
& Field team also participated
in the Tri-State Track Coaches
Association Championships.
