CASA of Westmoreland , Inc ., is a volunteerbased organization providing a voice in the courts on behalf of abused and neglected children in Westmoreland County . The independent recommendations of these volunteers assist the courts in supporting the child ’ s needs while in care and the permanency solution that is in the child ' s long-term best interest .
