Norwin First Responders Public Safety Event The Norwin Area First Responders Public Safety Event on Saturday , June 25 , in Downtown Irwin was a huge success . First responders from the area did fire safety demonstrations , police offered K-9 demonstrations and others spoke about various topics . This event was to help spread awareness of what public safety departments do for the community and for local residents and organizations to show their appreciation .
