Craft Palooza! Wednesday, Dec. 28 from 10 a. m. to 12 p. m. Children of all ages are welcome to stop in and help us use some of our craft supplies! We will be making all sorts of fun crafts for everyone to enjoy. No registration required.
Teen Programs
MAKER MONDAY Join us on the second Monday each month from 3 to 4 p. m. This is an opportunity to explore your creative side through all kinds of Maker projects. We meet once per month and bring out all of our maker materials. What you make is up to you. Try your hand at textiles, sewing, quilling, Legos, crafts, etc. All materials will be provided. No registration required.
TEEN TECH AFTERNOONS First Tuesday and Wednesday of Each Month from 3 to 4 p. m. in the Board Room Join us for an hour of tech. Learn basic coding, create your own animated movies, online gaming, work on your homework— it’ s up to you! This program is open to all students in sixth through twelfth grades. No registration is required, but access to all of the technology may be limited.
NOT JUST FOR TEENS BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP First Wednesday of Each Month at 7 p. m. in the Board Room Tired of“ The Hunger Games” and“ Divergent,” but love to read Young Adult books? Then this is the group for you. We will meet in the Board Room across from the Teen area of the library the first Wednesday of each month. Come to talk about trends, books we liked, books we didn’ t like, whatever is on your mind about the exciting world of teen books. Open to both teens and adults. No registration required.
