Spooky Storytelling Workshop
Fridays, Oct. 12, 19, 26
4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Kids in fourth through eighth grades are invited to a three-week
workshop to learn how to tell an extra-special spooky story!
Each week will build upon the last and it is recommended that
kids attend all three sessions.
Week one: Choose your story.
Week two: Personalize your story.
Week three: Read your story—and bring your family to
listen!

Inkblots: A Middle School Writing Group
Third Tuesday Each Month from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
A monthly meet-up for young writers in grades 6 to 8! Each
month writers will receive a prompt to write for the following
meet-up. This supportive, encouraging group will offer
critiques, suggestions and praise as we share our writing. No
registration required.
Fiction Forge: A Teen Writing Group
Third Wednesday Each Month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Sept. 19, Oct. 17, Nov. 28 (different week due to
Thanksgiving), Dec. 19
Teen writers of all experience levels are welcome to join this
new fiction-focused group! Come hone your creative craft
through critiques, writing exercises and discussions. You
can bring either an existing piece or use one of our provided
prompts to get you started. n
