he 2013 Paving Contract was awarded to the Tresco
Paving Corporation in the amount of $1,000,000. A
total of 18 streets were repaired and paved with
superpave asphalt. The streets included in this year’s
project were mostly subdivision streets and rural roads. The
repairs on the roads consisted of pavement replacement,
milling of old asphalt and adjustment of the existing inlets.
In all, almost 17,000 tons of new asphalt was installed on
Murrysville’s roads.
Tresco Paving was also awarded the contract to improve
Logan Ferry Road. Logan Ferry Road was previously owned
