Pittsburgh leads this monthly program of slow-paced and
meditative yoga. Yin Yoga emphasizes passive postures held
for several minutes at a time, with muscles in a relaxed state.

Instructor Adam Kripke will introduce you to Silat Tuo, an
ancient 1500-year-old Indonesian martial art practiced for
both its self-defense applications as well as its benefits to
one’s mind, body, and spirit. This is an introduction to the art
focusing on the health and spiritual benefits and movements
instead of the martial art applications.
