ANIMALS IN OUR CITY WITH PHIPPS

Learn what kinds of wildlife live in urban environments and
how we study the animals that live alongside us with Phipps
Conservatory! For children ages 4-6 with caregiver. Registration
starts May 7.
MAKE A BUG HOTEL!
6:30 p.m., Thursday, July 9
Create a bug hotel for your garden where bugs, especially
pollinators, can hibernate during the winter. Registration starts
June 25. Ages 5 and up and family. Please bring nature supplies
from your yard with you – moss, leaves, sticks, small stones, etc.
EDIBLE GARDEN!

Make a tasty salad with plants grown in the library garden and
learn how to grow your own food. Registration starts June 25.

Enjoy interactive stories and creative activities in this monthly

CHESS CLUB

Kids in K-7th grade will learn new moves and strategies and have
fun playing with other kids. All levels of chess play are welcome,
but all players should know how the pieces move.
