INTRODUCTION TO SILAT

Instructor Adam Kripke will introduce you to Silat Tuo, an ancient
1,500-year-old Indonesian martial art practiced for both its self-
defense applications as well as its benefits to one’s mind, body,
and spirit. This is an introduction to the art, focusing on the health
and spiritual benefits and movements instead of the martial art
applications.
CELEBRATING OUR CITIZEN SOLDIERS
