VOLUNTEERFOCUS
RAJITHA PULIVARTHY needed five
hours to fulfill her school’s community
volunteer requirement. She chose Mt.
Lebanon Public Library. When she’d
completed her hours, she stayed on and
has now worked more than 100 hours
with no sign of slowing down. She is
very well thought of by the librarians.
Always positive and cheerful to be
around, Rajitha is dependable and a
delight to have as part of the library’s
corps of volunteers.
Q: What are some of the things you do
at the library?
A: I help out with the activities that the
Children’s Library does a lot. When
