WHAT IS TO BE DONE TO COMBAT HATE? 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30 The Historical Society of Mount Lebanon and Rabbi Jessica Locketz from Temple Emanuel of South Hills host this discussion about local incidents fueled by hate and the community response to these challenges, including last year’s Tree of Life Synagogue shooting. The discussion will include a screening of a few short films and talking about personal and broader action plans.
