Exciting Opportunities on Tap for Monroeville Arts Council!

Monroeville Arts Council continues its mission to promote the arts in the Monroeville community with a series of free concerts and a schedule of traditional events.

The wide variety of free music concerts coming up this season will receive continued support from UPMC East. The revised summer series has expanded to include performances throughout the year. Celebrating the rich history of outstanding musical talent in Pittsburgh, Monroeville Arts Council( MAC) is honored to present its 2025 Concert Season.

The following local artists will once again take the stage at CCAC Boyce Campus auditorium from 4 to 6 p. m.
Aug. 10 – Dave Crisci and the Groove Doctors Sept. 21 – Judi Figel and friends
Oct. 19 – East Winds Symphonic Band( EWSB) Dec. 14 – Etta Cox and accompaniment
Additional activities that include MAC’ s participation are the following events for families to enjoy.
• The Monroeville Public Library Funfest includes fun for all ages and will be held on the library grounds on Aug. 23.
• A Monroeville Fall Festival is being planned as a rescheduled Monroeville Community Day, which

was canceled on June 7 due to inclement weather. MAC’ s Art in the Park booth has always been a huge favorite with children of all ages and will be part of the festival celebration on Sept. 13.
• Nov. 15 will be the traditional Holiday Craft Event held in the Monroeville Public Library Program Room. This free craft event includes a variety of projects and gift-making in time for the upcoming holidays.
In addition to the support received from UPMC East, council membership is the key to day-to-day operations and allows MAC volunteers to reach out to the community with additional art and music-related activities.
