In this class, we’ ll talk about four steps that can help manage stress: identifying early warning signs, identifying personal sources of stress, accepting what you cannot change, and taking action. We’ ll also explore tools to use to help reduce stress and change negative self-talk to positive self-talk.
Community Classroom is a free, monthly seminar series anchored in education and designed to develop valuable skills, explore new ideas, and connect with fellow community members in a welcoming environment. Each session features a different topic, lead by knowledgeable instructors and industry professionals.

This class, led by an experienced Mother-Baby nurse, will help you navigate your new role with confidence. We’ ll cover essential topics such as safe sleep practices to reduce the risk of SIDS and other safety guidelines recommended today. You’ ll also learn strategies for stepping back and supporting parents, allowing them to take the lead while you enjoy being the grandparent.
