YOUR ELECTED SUPERVISORS

J I M B O C K
Question: What inspired you to run for the Board of Supervisors?

Answer:“ In November of 2016, as I was contemplating a post-retirement job, the pastor at our church said a prayer for the upcoming election and for all elected officials. That’ s when I decided that I was going to run for this office. My wife and children inspired me initially, and I firmly believe God has placed me here for such a time as this. I was also inspired to run for reelection in 2023 from the positive feedback I received from residents concerning my fiscally conservative approach to government.” illcreek

Question: Why do you think representation matters, especially at the local level?
K I M C L E A R
Answer:“ At the local level, residents have the most voting power to choose a future they see for themselves. From a police presence to keep them safe to a place that they wish to belong, Millcreek Township has made decisions that invest in its future revenue to support the quality of life that can be sustained for generations to come.”
Question: What does serving in local government mean to you personally?
K Y L I E M O R R I S
Answer:“ I am honored to have the opportunity to serve Millcreek. For me, local government is about responsible stewardship--managing resources wisely while responding to the needs of our citizens. The goal is to keep our taxes low while maximizing the value and effectiveness of our services. That means listening carefully, researching the issues, and making decisions that are both fiscally responsible and in the best interest of the community."
