LIGHTS , SIRENS , AND BIG SMILES ! This year ’ s Shop with a Hero at the West Ridge Road Walmart was the biggest one-day event in the area , with 83 kids getting the chance to shop alongside our local heroes .
Who Are Our Heroes ? Law enforcement , firefighters , EMS , military personnel , and medical workers .
A Shopping Experience Like No Other – Kids picked out gifts for themselves and their families , wrapped them up , and even enjoyed a meal courtesy of Walmart .

STUFF THE COP CAR FOR THE HOLIDAYS 2024
While some heroes filled shopping carts , others filled patrol cars with food . The Millcreek Police Association ’ s Stuff the Cop Car initiative raised an incredible $ 5,331.74 and collected 1,554 pounds of food for Second Harvest Food Bank — a recordbreaking year !
From small donations to big contributions , every can , every dollar , and every act of kindness added up to something truly meaningful .
