The Millfair Compost Center will operate SEVEN days a week from March 13th - December 10th for the 2023 season ! While dropping off LEAVES and BRUSH is free to Millcreek , Fairview , and West County Residents , products sold at the center are made available to ALL Erie County residents . Residential permits help expedite the check- in process and are available for FREE !
