PUBLIC SERVICES PRO HOMEOWNERS RECEIVE: 2019 The Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program is one of five programs supported by the Pennsylvania Lottery. The rebate program benefits eligible Pennsylvanians ages 65 or older; widows and widowers ages 50 and older; and people with disabilities ages 18 and older. The income limit is $35,000 per year for homeowners and $15,000 annually for renters. Half of Social Security income is excluded. Depending on income, rent, and tax costs, rebates can be as high as $650. Your rebate may even be higher if you pay more than 15% of income in property taxes.
