Instructor: Karle Lyons High-intensity interval training following the interval exercise training strategy with 8 cycles, alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Exercises will include cardio, weights, stretch bands, and floor work such as abs and strength training. These short intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning components.

ages 14- 17 who attends class accompanied by a participating adult.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers with good support. Bring a mat,
towel, or a small blanket for floor work. You may also want to bring a
