Most of us will never know the names of the blood donors who helped save the lives of people we care about, but their generosity made all the difference.

The Community Blood Bank is the sole supplier of blood products to our local hospitals. Unlike many medical supplies, blood products cannot be manufactured. The only source is volunteer donors who generously take the time give blood and help others.
One blood donation has the potential to help multiple patients, making each donor ' s contribution incredibly valuable. While many people think of blood donation during times of crisis, the need for blood never takes a day off. Hospitals rely on a consistent supply every day of the year to care for patients facing both expected and unexpected medical challenges.
