CHAIR ASSISTED VINYASA STRETCH
Instructor: Billy Kuntz This class is designed for minds that want relaxation and bodies that want to be engaged fully. The Chair Assisted program begins with meditation seated in a chair, and builds to standing postures for strength and range of motion. We then returns to chair seated for stretching and rest. Props including the chair are used during our practice for safety and support. This may be a good first step for new yogis, those returning to their regular practice and those that just want a change.

MULTI LEVEL VINYASA STRETCH

The Multi Level program is designed for minds that want a relaxing experience and bodies that need safe and achievable challenges to strength and range of motion. The Multi Level class allows the student to focus on the breath / movement relationship through the entire practice from meditation to rest. Cues for postures include many levels of modification, allowing the student to feel secure with what their body needs in the moment. Class concludes with restorative yoga postures. Multiple props are incorporated for variety and safety in postures.
Supplies Needed: Yoga mat, two blocks, a bolster or quilt to roll

GO WITH THE FLOW YOGA
Instructor: Kathy Smith
Beginners and experienced students are welcome. Meditation and deep breathing exercises to calm the mind and bring inner peace. These exercises will be followed by gentle flowing poses that stretch and strengthen muscles and joints to maintain flexibility.

YOGA HIKING

Yoga Hiking involves yoga stretches and poses while students hike through nature for muscle strength, stress reduction and inner peace all in one class! Classes take place at Asbury Park and will utilize the beautiful trail network throughout the park. Classes are weather dependent.

WALKING YOGA
Instructor: Billy Kuntz An hour long trail walk through Scott Park is mixed with a vinyasa yoga class, focusing on standing postures and flowing movement. Students should be able to complete a one and a half mile walk.
