We approach the future from a position of STABILITY and STRENGTH.
Although room for new development remains at our Township’ s edges, Millcreek today is a largely builtout community in a region that isn’ t growing and hasn’ t been growing since the 1970s.
The work of expanding has for a while now been eclipsed by the work of maintaining, reinvesting in, or redeveloping existing assets.
Like thousands of Millcreek homeowners who keep an eye on common structural issues in their 50-year-old house and periodically invest in kitchen or bath modernizations, the Township has to keep up with the basics while ensuring that its assets remain marketable and appealing.
