INTRODUCTION TO TAI CHI

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. Today it is
practiced as an exercise that promotes the flow of
“Chi” or energy in the body, leading to good health, good
balance, and a positive mental outlook. Advanced class is for students
who have learned the 111 postures of the Yang style form.

Instructor: Karle Lyons
High-intensity interval training following the interval exercise
training strategy with 8 cycles, alternating periods of short intense
anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Exercises will
include cardio, weights, stretch bands, and floor work such as abs and
strength training. These short intense workouts provide improved
athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and
improved fat burning components.

Kickboxing, which combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and

KETTLEBELL WORKOUT
A cardio and strength training exercise program using the kettlebell or
