McKeesport Valedictorian and Salutatorian Encourage Good Grades, Relationships and Goals
The McKeesport Class of 2026 graduated 205 students on Friday, May 29th at McKeesport’ s stadium. Those attending heard positive speeches and advice from the valedictorian and salutatorian as part of the commencement ceremony.

Emily Eisenberg is the valedictorian for the 2026 Class of McKeesport Area High School. A daughter of Shawna and Scott Eisenberg, she has an older brother, Joshua Steele, and a younger sister, Sidney Eisenberg.
She received a 4-year academic scholarship to Waynesburg University, where she plans to major in forensic accounting and / or accounting, and likely will play basketball. While at McKeesport, Emily served as the President of the National Honor Society and Secretary of Student Council. She also ran track and field and was a 4-year member of the girls’ basketball team. She was also involved with the Talent Search program that the school partners with Penn State to help teach about options for future careers.
