from other school alumni, students, school district employees
and the public, created and built a lovely Remembrance Garden

McCandless Township Rain Gardens

Are you fascinated by rain gardens? In partnership with
the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania, the Town of
McCandless planted four rain gardens to help curb the water
overflow into Pine Creek. The gardens prevent heavy rainfall
from carrying sediments and other pollutants into the creek.

North Hills Community Outreach Garden

Volunteer gardeners are needed to help at the Rosalinda
Sauro Sirianni Memorial Garden located at 119 Davis Avenue
in Bellevue. Tasks include preparing the soil for planting,
