AESTIQUE SURGICAL CENTER EXPANDS PATIENT SERVICES
Aestique Surgical Center expanded its patient services by launching a new MRI program in partnership with Indiana Regional Medical Center( IRMC), increasing access to advanced imaging in the region. The program— which began March 16— offers state-of-the-art MRI technology with scans performed by trained IRMC staff and interpreted by board-certified radiologists, supporting more convenient, high-quality care for area residents.
‘ STEEL VALLEY VISIONS: AN AMERICAN LEGACY’ AT THE WESTMORELAND
The Westmoreland Museum of American Art recently unveiled Steel Valley Visions: An American Legacy, an exhibition and immersive experience that explores Western Pennsylvania’ s rich industrial history and its lasting impact on the American story. The exhibition brings together historical and contemporary works that reflect the region’ s Big Steel era, highlighting the people, labor and innovation that shaped modern America.

Among the featured works is a striking sculpture by Marie Watt, a 2025 Heinz Award for the Arts recipient, whose piece honors the legacy of Mohawk ironworkers. The installation also includes artwork from both past and present artists, interactive elements and a listening lounge that invites visitors to reflect on their own connections to the Steel Valley. It offers a meaningful and immersive look at the region’ s enduring cultural and industrial influence.

CARNEGIE MUSEUMS TO OFFER SUMMER CAMPS Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History have announced the return of their summer camps, offering a variety of weeklong programs for children and teens starting in June. Camps will be held June 8 through Aug. 21, Monday through Friday, with full-day options for ages 6 – 13, half-day camps for ages 4 – 5, and specialized teen programs for grades 9 – 12 through the Youth Art Studio.
