read that we specialize in fixing broken pipes and clogged/crushed
sewer lines without digging and said, “that’s not possible!” and
continued their touring of vendors. Other individuals are so intrigued
by our No Dig Pipe Replacement System, they immediately want to
know more and ask us the question we love to answer!...
“NO DIGGING?...HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?”
The process is amazingly cost effective and time efficient. After the
existing line is cleared of any and all debris, careful measurements
are taken to ensure 100% accuracy in placement of the liner. The
patented epoxy is mixed on site and pressed or rolled to completely
saturate the Nu Flow liner. The liner is rolled and taped, enabling it
to be pulled through an
existing drain/pipe opening.
Once properly placed, we
attach an air compressor to
the inner bladder of the liner
which inflates the liner to the
proper diameter.
In colder months, we use
a heat-assist steam air
compressor to speed up the
chemical hardening time of the epoxy. The liner is “cured” in about
one and a half hours. During warmer weather, the curing time is six
to eight hours. Once cured, the bladder is removed and you have a
perfectly new pipe that boasts a 50+ year life expectancy and a
10-year manufacturers warranty.
