JOIN THE PCC FOR ITS 2025 – 26 SEASON
The Pittsburgh Concert Chorale( PCC) announced its 2025 – 2026 season, offering a lineup of performances that celebrate the richness and diversity of choral music.
In December, PCC’ s beloved holiday tradition, Sounds of the Season, returned with performances Dec. 5 – 7. Audiences of all ages enjoyed timeless carols, seasonal classics and popular holiday favorites— plus a chance to sing along with the choir for a truly festive experience.
The season continues in March with the Classics concert, featuring Rachmaninoff’ s“ All-Night Vigil” on March 7 and 8. This acclaimed a cappella masterwork draws on centuries-old chants and the spiritual depth of the Russian Orthodox Church, offering audiences a powerful journey through lush harmonies and sacred tradition.
Shifting tone in the spring, PCC closes its season with a high-energy tribute to an unforgettable decade in Music of the’ 90s, scheduled for May 2 and 3. Expect a playlist packed with hits from Britney, Whitney, boy bands, hip-hop icons, and grunge legends. Fans are encouraged to dress in their best’ 90s fashion, take selfies at themed stations, and get ready to party like it’ s 1999!
For those passionate about the arts, PCC offers the opportunity to“ Become a Producer” for the season. Sponsorship levels include options for individuals, families, businesses, and groups of friends.“ Producers” enjoy exclusive perks such as recognition in programs, reserved seating, and access to special events. Whether supporting the full season, a concert series or a single performance, sponsors play a vital role in keeping music alive in the Pittsburgh community.

2026 LUCKY NUMBER TICKETS AVAILABLE
The Sisters of Divine Providence announced the availability of 2026 Lucky Number tickets. The fundraiser is based on the Pick 3 Evening PA Lottery game. Each $ 25 number is valid from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026— yours for the entire year! Daily winners receive a minimum of $ 25 up to $ 150 on select days throughout the year when their three-digit number is selected. Gift orders are available.

MOLINARI’ S NEW BOOK CAPTURES PITTSBURGH PENGUINS’ LEGACY
Just in time for hockey season, Reedy Press released“ The Pittsburgh Penguins: An Illustrated Timeline” by veteran sportswriter Dave Molinari.
This hardcover, photo-rich volume traces the team’ s journey from its rocky beginnings in 1967 through decades of highs and lows, culminating in five Stanley Cup victories and the rise of superstars like Mario Lemieux, Jaromír Jágr, Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby.
