Township will be
hosting its annual
Family Festival on
Aug. 12 from 6 to
11 p.m., Aug. 13
from 5 to 11 p.m.,
and Aug. 14 from 4 to 9 p.m. on the church grounds located just off
Route 19 at 2535 Rochester Rd. Concession and craft booths, games
and prizes, a giant “white elephant” flea market, bingo, Spirit of St.
Ferdinand train rides, a kiddieland and bountiful dinners in
air‑conditioned Oldenski Hall will be available. A grand prize raffle
totaling $12,000 and plenty of raffle baskets will also be available. For

TENNIS EVERYONE?
Tennis can be played at every age and skill level by anyone who
can hold a racket, including wheelchair users. It is both a popular
recreational game and a worldwide, Olympic-level spectator sport.
Starting in mid-June, Seneca Valley physical education teacher Eric
Grove will lead Cranberry Township’s own summer tennis program,
which includes both instructional clinics and camps grouped by age at
the township’s Community Park tennis courts.
