Tuesday, October 9, 6 p.m.
Join our Friends for a fun gathering! Sign up for a dish
at the library and enjoy a sampling of the cookbook with
friends. Pick a recipe from a selected cookbook, then
register and sign-up at the library. October’s selection is
“The Smitten Kitchen Cookbook: Recipes and Wisdom
from an Obsessive Home Cook” by Deb Perelman.
BYOB Game Night
Wednesday, October 3, 6:30 p.m.
Join author and historian Thomas White as he
presents the history and cultural meaning behind some
of our region’s supernatural legends. Hear the story of
whispering dead beneath the Black Cross, the phantoms
of Pittsburgh’s steel mills, along with many other spooky
tales! Register online. Saturday, October 13, 6 – 10 p.m.
Do you have a game that you love to play, but just don’t
have enough players? Are you dying to play a game, and
don’t own it? Grab your friends, and come to the library for
our special after-hours GAME NIGHT! For adults 21 and up.

Jammin’ with My Planner Halloween at the Haunted Library
Thursday, October 11, 6 p.m.
Come meet up with other planner users and list
makers and work on your bullet journal while we jam
out to some tunes. Very basic supplies provided; feel free
to bring your own. This recurring program is held the
second Thursday of each month.
6th Annual Chuck Falletta
Memorial Dog Walk
Saturday, October 13, 10:30 a.m. –
12 p.m.
This fun, family event features
raffles, games, and, of course,
DOGS! Attendees are encouraged to
complete a one-mile loop through Bridgeville with their
four-legged friend. Registration is $5 per dog with all
proceeds benefiting the Bridgeville Public Library.
