Learn more about our dedicated library staff at Frank Sarris Public Library and how they can assist you on your next visit .
Warm wishes to everyone during these winter months . Frank Sarris Public Library invites you to make the WAGGIN library system part of your new year . If you do not have a WAGGIN library card , registration is easy and accessible for all adults living in Washington , Fayette , and Greene counties .
To obtain a library card , complete the Patron Registration Form available at the Circulation Desk and show a valid driver ’ s license or other form of photo identification , including your current permanent address . Children starting kindergarten through age 17 are also eligible for a library card with a parental signature and identification . A library card offers access to physical and digital books , movies , online resources , free programming , and so much more !
To avoid venturing out in the snow , use our digital resources , Libby and Hoopla , to access items anytime , anywhere . Libby , built by Overdrive , offers eBooks , audiobooks , and magazines . Hoopla includes free streaming movies , television shows , documentaries , and access to the Great Courses series . Find tons of music and audiobooks from hit artists and writers . You can also find popular eBook titles . You only need a valid WAGGIN library card from Frank Sarris Public Library to register . Contact library staff for help in accessing and using both resources .

Kathryn Hatalsky , our Circulation Desk assistant , is always ready to offer patrons a book recommendation and a smile . In addition to her responsibilities at the Circulation Desk , Kathryn also lends our children ’ s librarian , Jane McCullough , a helping hand with two of our popular programs , Wiggles & Giggles and Toddler Tales .
Brian Speer works as our library assistant . His responsibilities include supporting the Circulation Desk , aiding patrons with the public computers , and assisting staff with ongoing projects such as the Used Book Sale .
Parking : Our entrances , located at Murdock Street and North Jefferson Avenue , are open . Our parking lot is behind the library and accessible from Murdock Street .
David Tomsic is part of our maintenance staff , working behind the scenes to keep our building clean , and ensure that our facility is operational . Library visitors often remark how beautiful our space is , and that ’ s thanks in no small part to David ’ s efforts .
