Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. (Full payment of pavilion costs and
deposit is required at time of reservation.)
Rental reservations will be accepted for non-residents starting Monday,
March 5, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.
Also available: 6’ grill rental for the day, includes 2 propane tanks:
$50.00 and propane heaters: $40.00 each.

What we offer: State-of-the-art
facilities, which includes three lighted
baseball fields and one unlit field from
225’ to 300’ length. Cost is $125.00 per
season for residents, and $250.00 per
season for non-residents. A lighted
synthetic football/soccer/lacrosse field is
available for sporting events at $325.00
per season for residents, and $500.00
per season for non-residents. Also, an
18 hole disc golf course, with discs,
are available for rental at the township
office. A concession stand is available
for games and tournaments. There
are three miles of walking trails with
beautiful scenery. All these amenities
are meticulously maintained.
All of the pavilion rentals require a $100.00 (refundable) security deposit.
Alcohol permits ($50.00) are available and are not refundable.

*** Individuals renting McClelland Pavilion must notify the office at least two days
before the event whether automatic shade screens should be lowered. Screens will
remain up if no contact is made with the office at 724-745-8880. Once the decision
is made….it is FINAL.
