CANONSBURG MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS RECOGNIZED INCLUDED :
Alyssa Grim , seventh grade , Honorable Mention for her sculpture called " Crimson Serenity ", Grace Guyton , seventh grade , Honorable Mention for her oil pastel called " I See You " and Carli Paulhamus , eighth grade , won a Silver Key for distinguished achievement on the regional level for her Mola of a parrot . She also received an Honorable Mention for her scratch etching of a landscape .
CANON-MCMILLAN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS RECOGNIZED INCLUDED :
Ella Neiderer , a junior , received a Gold Key and an American Vision Award , the highest level of achievement on the regional level , for her painting entitled “ Self-Portrait .” Krysta Bell , a senior , received a Gold Key for her digital piece entitled “ Strawberry Planet .” Ella Rose Pinto , a senior , received a Gold Key for her digital piece entitled “ The Beginnings of Self Love .” Their Gold Key work will be forwarded to New York for national level adjudication . National winners will be announced in March .
