Schedule a fire station tour for your group or family ! Our members will show you the fire station , the trucks and equipment used by our firefighters to help keep the community as safe as possible .
Detector Program
Having working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors is important and North Strabane Township Firefighters are able to help you with your detectors . Members can install and Inspect new or current detectors , or perform battery changes . Need a fire extinguisher ? We can do that too .
Certified Car Seat Installation Car seats can be overwhelming . Schedule an appointment with one of our two certified car seat technicians to have your car seat installed or checked ! Schedule by email : carseats @ nstfd . org .
Home Safety Inspection
Want to make sure your home is fire safe ? Schedule an in home fire inspection ! Firefighters will conduct a survey of your home to ensure it is as safe as possible in the event of an emergency .
Birthday Drive By Someone having a birthday ? Make it even more special with a drive by with the fire department ! Made popular by the COVID-19 pandemic , North Strabane Firefighters will drive past with lights and sirens , what better way to say happy birthday !
Community Connect Residential Pre-Plan This program allows residents to provide North Strabane Firefighters critical information about your home or property such as number of occupants , utility information , even pets ! This program uses the same software used to plan our commercial properties and integrates into the computer in the fire truck . The Software is protected with Bank level security and only visible to Authorized department personnel .
