NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP NEWS

Creekside Crossing Conservation Subdivision – 168 single family dwellings located on Thomas Eighty Four Road. A building permit has been issued for the model home, located on Regency Drive. The builder is Ryan Homes.

Laurel Landing Planned Residential Development – 80 single family dwellings and 30 townhouses located on McDowell Lane, is awaiting final approval from State agency.

Hidden Acres Mobile Home Park – 228 mobile home lots located between Francis Street and Christy Road. This development is still awaiting action by the Court of Common Pleas.

Magnolia Ridge subdivision – 150 single family lots on Lindley Road. Building permits have been issued for two single family model homes on Multiflora Drive. The builder is Maronda Homes.

Greenwood Village Planned Residential Development – 233 multifamily dwellings located at the end of Greenwood Drive. Project has received final approval from North Strabane Township via Court order and is awaiting approval for sanitary sewage.

The Enclave at Concord Green – 25 townhouses located at West McMurray Road is sold out.

Legacy Park – 63 triplex units located on Route 519 adjacent to the Municipal Building. Grading is underway. The builder will be Ryan Homes.

Oak Grove – 23 single family dwellings on one acre lots located on Thomas Road. Final approval is pending.

Walnut Grove – 31 single family dwellings located on Thomas Road. Final approval is pending.

Waterdam Farms – single family dwellings and carriage homes, located on Waterdam Road. Phase 2, the final phase, still have lots available. The Builder is Metz Development.

Park Place – mixed use development adjacent to Washington road at Race Track Road – Construction is underway for an Asian buffet restaurant and additional retail space as well as apartments.

Team Rahal Jaguar and Range Rover dealership – construction continues.

Ensinger North American Headquarters – 342,000 square foot phased light manufacturing facility located on Highland Meadows Drive – construction has begun.

Guardian Self Storage – final approval has been granted for a 110,000 square foot self-storage, interior facility to be located at the former Bowser Cadillac at Galley Road and Washington Road.
