Included is the list of projects that Brentwood Borough will complete in the year of 2019.
2019 Capital improvements projects include:
1. Road Resurfacing Program is completed by contractor A. Folino Construction, Inc. Approved list of
the roads for paving and road rehabilitation this year include the following:
• Kestner Ave. from Owendale Ave. to Bellanca Ave.
• Steck Way from Grayson Ave. to Pyramid Ave.
• Spangler Ave. from E. Francis Ave. to Catskill Ave.
• Hillpert Ave. from E. Willock Ave. to Meadowbrook Ave.
• Meadowbrook Ave. from Brownsville Rd. to Grad St.
• Waidler Ave. from Churchview Ave. to Brentwood Ave.
• Berger Way from Lawnview Ave. to Lanmore Ave.
• Clermont Way from E. Garden Rd. to E. Francis Rd.
2. Year 4 of the Borough’s Sidewalk Cost Sharing Improvement Project (under contract with CTM
Construction, Inc.) will continue with the success from last year. The following areas will be eligible
this year for the program:
• Cloverlea Ave.
• Elroy Ave.
• Cloverlea St.
• Dalewood St.
• Kaufmann Ave.
• Heathmore Ave.
• Meadowbrook Ave.
• Pary Ave.
• Spangler Ave.
• Van Wyck Ave.
3. Sanitary and Storm sewer CCTV and repairs to maintain and improve infrastructure will continue throughout
the Borough.
4. Brentwood Borough Bathhouse Demolition Project is completed by AW McNabb LLC.
5. Brentwood Borough’s new municipal building project is currently in active construction phase, anticipated
completion is in July 2020.
6. Brentwood Borough Public Pool rehabilitation is under construction.
The Borough continues to invest in and prepare for its future. The Borough continues to learn and grow from
taking on these major projects and doing a majority of the engineering and project management in-house in
order to save on costs and stretch those dollars to include as many projects as we can.
