If the primary point of contact has not
received communication from the Borough,
please contact the plumber to verify that the
dye test report and sewer lateral inspection
DVD have been submitted.
If sewer lateral defects are noted, then the
Borough will take no further action beyond
this step unless the repairs are completed
or an escrow agreement is executed. The
Borough will not consider a lateral to be in an
acceptable condition until a follow-up DVD is
submitted and reviewed.
