Strides®, a stroller-based fitness program
designed for moms with little ones. It’s a great
way to get in shape, meet other moms, and

time. Each 60-minute, total body workout
incorporates power walking/jogging, strength,
toning, and fun for kids. The classes are set up
for all different fitness levels and are taught by
