McAnnulty Elementary School has been successfully educating our kindergarten students for decades. Erected in 1955, the beloved building now requires significant upgrades. After collaborative discussion with McAnnulty teachers, the unanimous decision was made to move all students from McAnnulty to the high school during the 2026 – 2027 school year to ensure smooth and safe upgrades to the school while minimizing disruptions to students.

The Baldwin High School preschool program provides hands-on experience for students interested in becoming educators. Select BHS students who are pursuing a career in early childhood education will have the opportunity to work with McAnnulty students during their time at BHS, a wonderful benefit of their shared time in the same building! 50 Baldwin High School students are signed up and eager to serve as big brothers and big sisters to provide a positive transition for our young learners.
