During our January 22nd council meeting , Brentwood Council President , Mike Foyle , presented Jim Attanucci with Proclamation 2024-1 honoring him for his 40 years of service with the Brentwood Athletic Association . We commend Jim ’ s dedication and loyalty to Brentwood and his service to the BAA , and we thank him for 40 years of service of coaching and mentoring our local youths . Jim will continue to operate in his current capacity as Brentwood ’ s beloved Parks and Recreation Director .
CONGRATULATIONS TO BRENTWOOD ’ S FINANCE / HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR !
Susan Toth , Brentwood Borough ’ s Human Resources Manager and Finance Director officially renewed her certification with the SHRM Foundation , the world ’ s largest HR membership organization . Having a SHRM-CP credential is a significant achievement , as this is the global standard for HR professionals everywhere . Maintaining this certification is no easy feat , as this requires 60 professional development hours obtained within a 3-year period to maintain and renew the certification . We commend Susan for her self-discipline to continue with renewing her credentials and her continued dedication to upholding Brentwood ’ s high standards and using her expertise to benefit and support our staff . Congratulations Susan and thank you : we couldn ’ t do it without you !
COUNCIL REAPPOINTMENT
Congratulations to re-elected Council Members , Mike Foyle , Rich Schubert , and Harold Smith ! Our councilmen took their oaths of office at the reorganization council meeting held on January 2nd , 2024 . Their oaths were officiated by the Honorable Ralph Kaiser .
