throughout the District. My responsibilities encompass working
with a dedicated team to make sure that everything from the
network, to the security cameras, to our state reports, to the
software that is used in our classrooms or for our financial
services, and everything in between operates.” Peretin began her
educational journey in the District, a fact that informs the work
she does now. “It is an honor to be contributing to the District
that provided me with my start in education. As a student, I was
given many opportunities to grow and to flourish; therefore,
no matter the role or title that I have held in the District, I have
always believed that it is my responsibility to pay it forward to
our future generations of Highlanders."
